Be careful of this Hertz. I rented 2 cars from them and they triple charged me each of them. So now I got 6 charges for 2 cars. First they double charged me in the website. And then when I showed up to pickup the cars they told me I have to pay a “retainer” which they couldn’t explain (the cars were already prepaid online) and they haven’t refunded it to me. I’ve only been refunded 1 out of the 6 payments I’ve made to them since December 2025, it’s now march 2026 and support tells me they’re “still processing it”
10/10! The manager and employees were wonderful. This is a good choice of location to rent a car.
