Been renting cars from here for some time. It's usually a smooth process as long as you have your reservation ahead of time. And just note that they are closed for lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
No te recomiendo rentar aquí. Llegamos y literal nos dijeron que no tenían carros y no sabían a qué hora llegarían.
