The Team at Hertz Hamilton were most professional and supportive through my rental experience with them. I had a flat tire they were there, I needed some service support they were there. I am glad I found them and also enjoyed competitive rates. Highly recommended - thanks to Ay and his team- keep up the excellent service and operations

ust got off the phone with someone—I think his name was Donte— I don’t know if I got his name right and he was incredibly helpful. I was looking for a rental car, and he really tried his best to help me find it. He gave me clear directions, told me where to go, and walked me through what to do. Even though the situation was confusing, he stayed patient and professional the whole time. I really appreciate his help and want to give him a 5-star rating. Great customer service!
