Although Ayo wasn’t really able to help me, he tried to phone a different Hertz office. Didn’t get a helpful answer and then sent us to the manager of Hertz office in Toronto airport. What a friendly and helpful support! Thanks again. We got our problem solved!
Showed up during open hours and they were closed, by the appearance of things possibly for good.
Terrible experience at this Hertz location. I was charged for fuel based on an incorrect pickup record even though the car was not actually full when I received it. On top of that, staff publicly accused me in the lobby over a restroom issue that was clearly caused by their broken facility, then told me to use a bucket of water to flush it myself. Humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Take photos of everything if you rent here.
Very happy with the customer service here! I had to exchange vehicles as well as extend my rental - Ayo & Steve made it an easy process. My new go-to for car rentals in Hamilton!
