Showed up during open hours and they were closed, by the appearance of things possibly for good.
Terrible experience at this Hertz location. I was charged for fuel based on an incorrect pickup record even though the car was not actually full when I received it. On top of that, staff publicly accused me in the lobby over a restroom issue that was clearly caused by their broken facility, then told me to use a bucket of water to flush it myself. Humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Take photos of everything if you rent here.
Very happy with the customer service here! I had to exchange vehicles as well as extend my rental - Ayo & Steve made it an easy process. My new go-to for car rentals in Hamilton!
