The car was considered damaged when I returned it in exactly the same condition as when I picked it up.
Great experience. Staff are helpful, professional and warm. Clean car. They are very low on car supply in June.
Hertz is terrible. They—Hertz corporate, that is—had overbooked. When I went to pick up my rental car last Monday morning, I was told that there were no cars available. I had specifically reserved a Tesla because I was planning a long-distance trip. That morning, they told me there were no electric vehicles left and suggested I take a pickup truck instead, claiming that was the only option they could offer.
