If I could give zero stars I would. I have been at Hertz Goldmember for decades. Never hesitated to use Hertz for rentals on vacation. And up until recently didn’t hesitate about using Hertz rentals locally. My most recent experience with Hertz, I was given an electric vehicle where the driver seat control was broken, was told by the agent that was the only car they had and implied take it or leave it.
