Pretty quick in and out. Car was nice, and ready for me when i got there. The midweek deal I got was really good value. The lady at the front was super polite and helpful. There were a lot of customers in at the same time and she did a good job of communicating to everyone what order she could get to them in. Really did go into turbo mode best she could and got everyone on their surprisingly well. So much better than the hertz rental experience at the airpot.
The lady at the counter was very efficient and friendly.
Amazing experience I’ve used them twice in one month. Fast, easy and nice two ladies behind the counter.
Manager Daniel at the soquel Santa Cruz location was very helpful, friendly and fast when picking up my vehicle. Being presents circle I almost always reserve the managers special and Daniel always has a great vehicle ready and waiting for me when I arrive. Even on last minute reversions. I really appreciate the service i receive at this location and the fact that they are there at all so I do not have to travel to Watsonville to pickup a vehicle..
