AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Stay away!!!! I reserved a rental a month in advance and less than 24 hours before pick up I received a text message that my reservation was cancelled. No explaination. I called the local office where I was to pick this up and was placed on hold for 42 minutes and then was disconnected at 5pm when the office close. Lesson learned, I should have read the reviews on how shitty this place is.
Returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that it had when i received it. 3/4 of a tank. I specifically told the agent twice that it was the same amount and he said i would not be charged. Instead they charged me 91 dollars extra. Non-existent customer service when trying to contest this.
Incredibly slow and normally out of cars. Canceled my reservation with no notice due to no cars being available
