The best thing going. The customer service was very professional and attentive. My agents name is Destini from West Broad Street. SHE is very pleasant and happy to do her job. Destini goes over and above to accommodate your needs. The SUV was a bit bigger than I was use to but she made sure I was comfortable with it. The SUV was clean as a whistle 😙 with 5 minutes worth of gas in it!😅😂😂😂 I didn't mind at all. I will do business with then at any point and time. I trust them.

Too bad I can’t leave less stars. I don’t even blame the staff, they’re only doing what corporate tells them. Cars are not checked before they are re-rented, I went through 2 different vehicles before getting something driveable at a lower grade than I rented. Very disappointed, customer service will not help. Beware using the W Broad St location in Richmond, VA.
