I had a 7 passenger SUV requested and they gave me a 5 passenger. I was told I could come back at 3:00 and pick up a full size SUV. I showed back up at 3:00 to pick up a bigger car and they stated they had rented them. I was lied to multiple times. They were supposed to pick me up for my rental at 8:00. When I called to see where they were they said they would be there by 9 that their “drivers” do not get in until 8. They didn’t send a Hertz employee, they ordered a Lyft at 8:28 to come pick me up. They're the worst they are unprofessional they lie and overcharge you like hell I wouldn't recommend no one to deal with them Maria a nasty lady and Tanika she's more on pleasure calls instead of business that's straight facts Cars come with damages and then they care you for the problem it's not going that way this time my aunt a lawyer the lies are unreal here they do and say what they have to do they can be saved by the bell

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Location I made a reservation at the Hertz location on Broad Street in Richmond, VA a couple of weeks in advance through my company’s site, with a confirmation number and all details clearly showing the type of vehicle they rent. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm and was told my vehicle was not available — and in fact, they don’t even have that type of vehicle on their lot.
