What a terrible location. Worst car rental place ever been. They did not have a car which I booked. Tried to give me an electric car with 250 mile range, when I had to travel 450 miles. No empathy, rude, unhelpful and uneducated employees. When I asked to speak to a regional manager, one employee who refused to give her name was was particularly rude took out her personal cell and started recording me. No where to leave your vehicle, won't use them again,if I didn't have another person with me I couldn't get rental can't drive 2cars smh
Horrible experience. I arrived at exactly 5:00 PM on March 19 for my scheduled rental pickup—precisely the time I had previously communicated over the phone. As I approached, I saw the employee closing and locking the door. Despite making eye contact and explaining that I had just arrived at the agreed-upon time, she proceeded to lock the door and refused to let me enter to pick up my reserved vehicle. I had the Best car rental experience from the professional Hertz Team and James at the West Broad location in Richmond, VA. Great car, wonderful customer service and easy pick up and drop off. I highly recommend Hertz.
