I'd leave zero stars if it was an option. Twice I've arrived to pick up a car only to be told there's no car available for me. Customer service is also a consistent issue. I'm done with Hertz.
HERTZ CHANGE MY PICKUP DATE FROM WHAT WAS ON MY PAPERWORK TO A DAY EARLIER AND THEN SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME $200 MORE THAN MY AGREEMENT SAID. THUS FAR THEY HAVE REFUSED TO FIX THIS
