Didn't have anything close to the car I reserved. Didn't have the decency to call and let me know. Rent from somewhere else.

I was late for around 35 minutes to return the car. They told me they will charge me an extra one hour. I said it is ok. When they gave me the receipt I found that they charged me an extra $40. The daily rate was $80. I told them in this case will take the car for an extra day and charge me the full day. They said NO you can’t do this. I told them you can do it or charge me the actual time. Want to thank the Hanna the manager of this Hertz for helping me out of a precarious situation where I got a flat tire just north of Boston after hours, and she was able to help me resolve it in the morning by swapping for a new rental car in the Boston area. I was driving and all wheel drive Ford Explorer and it turns out if you lose one tire you have to replace all four since it’s all wheel drive. Let me start of with amazing ladies at this Hertz. I recently rented a car from Hertz and had an exceptional experience! The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my rental was smooth and hassle-free. When I encountered an issue with the vehicle, the team promptly addressed my concerns and provided a swift resolution. The professionalism, kindness and efficiency displayed by the Hertz team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hertz for your car rental.
