Car I rented. Was very nice and ran. Great. The interior was very clean. My only disappointment was the exterior all front panels and windshield were really packed with dead bugs. I would think the vehicles should be washed before a customer drives it.
Charge for everything and don't explain.
I decided to give this place another shot. My recent experiences have been much better.
It's been more than 30 days and haven't been given my 200.00 deposit back. 200.00 extra for deposit is still showing on my credit card bill. Hope it will be resolved soon or I'll see you in small claims court. Will dispute with credit card company soon.
Easy to book online. Price was the same at return as when booked. Manager at the Hall rd/Clinton Twsp location was very helpful with accommodating a small change to the reservation. The minivan was awesome. Brand new, spacious, clean, everything worked, and the cooling seats were amazing.
