They will tell you one thing & do another 7-10 days later my card gets charged 3 different times without my knowledge for 47.78 -47.77 honestly worst company to try to talk on the phone with and the worst to get ahold of. They are illegally charging people’s cards
Bald tires on the SUV rental, needed an oil change, smelled like pounds of weed had been delivered in it. Lady said it was their only option for us. Then when we got a flat tire, they offered no help. Said we needed to pay $99 for a spare to get put on plus $156 for a new tire. What kinda Hertz is this? Are they just Franchising the name to anyone? Only good thing was the original lady we rented the car from seemed to be nice and trying her best. God bless her cuz this place was whack.
Nice car excellent service
Car I rented. Was very nice and ran. Great. The interior was very clean. My only disappointment was the exterior all front panels and windshield were really packed with dead bugs. I would think the vehicles should be washed before a customer drives it.
Charge for everything and don't explain.
