Customer service was quick upon pick up. The price I paid for a 4 runner I thought I’d be getting at least a V6 and comfortable seats. I don’t think I will be doing business with hertz again.
Easiest rental I've had in some time
Husbands waiting for a week for a rental and still nothing. They keep saying next day next day. Do yourself a favor and dont use them!
