This location gives Hertz a bad name. Like others, I was subject to poor customer service and bad business practices. First, they rented me a car with a loose oil filter. I only found out days later when there was a puddle of oil under the car and the low oil light came on. Then when I returned the car, they overcharged me for fuel fill-up by underestimating the amount of fuel remaining by over a quarter tank (at $9/gallon, that’s a lot). Customer service was so rude and giving me attitude. Seemed really annoying I didn't top off the vehicle with gas... like bro thats my problem not yours? If I'm willing to pay for it why does it matter??

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have done a great deal of car renting/traveling in general, and this by far is the worst hertz I have ever been to. I don't know his name but he was average build, bald, average height, caucasian and extremely rude. Not only was I never instructed to have the mileage ready when returning the car but he had the audacity to say, and I quote "Did you at least fill it up with gas?" Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Lack of Transparency ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars) Location: Idaho Falls Airport For such a small airport, I expected more personalized and attentive customer service, but unfortunately, this location fell short in several areas.
