The worst experience I ever had with a car rental company. I rented a car because there was an accident by the other party at fault. I should not have had to pay anything. They charged me $140.00, I wanted an explanation of this charge. Then they also charged me a curtesy fee of $19.00 and a toll charge of $10.00, I used a toll at one spot shouldn’t have been more than $4.00 at the most. It was worst rental ever.Car was nasty on the inside. Took 50 deposit that they have not returned on top of that took 13 more for using 1.50 toll road. No one ever answered phones. My insurance and collision center had to be go between because they only answered their calls. It's been 3 wks and still no returned deposit or call back. I will never use them again.

Avoid this location. They don't have fixed operating times. I had to uber back and forth to this body shop/ hertz office as the staff just weren't there. No use calling either as the phone rings and rings no matter what time of day it is. Once I eventually received the rental vehicle I watched the staff member repeatedly crash and scratch the other rental vehicles while attempting to move them around.
