Worst hertz location I’ve ever done business with. I am a gold member and I still would go anywhere but here in the future.
Never use this place. Never! Neveeeeeeeeer! The same exact experience 3 years later. This time we were sent by our insurance company who made the reservation. Arrived this morning to find out no vehicle. -------- I waited in line for about 30 minutes this morning to be told my reservation was not valid. She flipped the screen around to show me I wasn't on the list. Then when I pointed to my name she said they still didn't have a vehicle and they'd call me if they got something else.
