Been calling all day and no one answers the phone. Horrible!
Hertz was a decent experience, however they’re short staffed so have patience. It would be nice if they were open on the weekends too. Good car selection and courteous staff.
They book online and when you go there they say it is not available. What is this deal?
Being from a bigger city and living next to the airport, I typically rent from there. With that said, I had never seen such a small footprint for Hertz but service was sufficient even though there was only team member working reservations & returns and a second team member processing vehicles. They seemed to move as quickly as possible on a Monday after a holiday, considering those circumstances.
