I rent cars frequently. However, the ONLY time I have had issues with a rental is with Hertz. Either their app or modifying a reservation. I’ve had the app error out and I can show my reservation but they don’t have it. Another time I chose a specific date, checked it several times, but the final reservation showed two weeks out once I hit pay. I wasn't impressed with my rental experience. There was only one vehicle that matched our needs. The car was dirty inside and smelled like fried food. I also had to fill the windshield wiper fluid because it was empty. I filled out their survey and expressed my dissatisfaction when I returned the vehicle. Three days later and I still have not heard from anyone.

I get to choose from presidential and they always give me a car after the last 5 years of renting everyday for 5 years at every airport . Here at this airport they gave me the most crappiest car and didn't appreciate my status. Wow! I travel with tool boxes and luggage. Overall great people though, but your status should be recognized at every airport that has Hertz

Poor selection of autos and a really uncomfortable poorly working vehicle was assigned to us. We returned it the next day but the return process was not good. No one there, just a sign saying leave keys in the car. The bill is $200 more than it should be an we put gas in, did all the correct stuff
