I rented a car at a daily rate of $40.01 and was then charged $54.00… i left work early to make sure i returned it on time and was charged extra hours … i returned it on a full tank and they said i did not.. i called and was hung up on.. i will never rent from hertz.. please make sure you review your receipts..
The check in process went smoothly. I had booked a reservation online. A few simple agreements and credit card transaction. We were in our car in to our destination! If a rental car is needed in the future, definitely will be checking them out again!
