Very easy process and not to hard on the wallet
The people at Manchester - Boston Regional Airport (MHT) are the best. Hopefully do not need to call Hertz Customer Service with a problem, AI, SUCKS!
If I could give 0 stars I would! My rental car was clearly not cleaned, there was Blood Splatter on the driver side visor and mirror!!! No thanks to customer service either, only offered me to get it detailed and reimbursement for me to have it detailed at 7:30pm! Ya okay! What a joke!
After being unable to return a vehicle because of snowstorm Fern Hertz charged me 3 times the daily rate for a 24 hour extension. Price gouging at its finest. The person on the phone told me there would be no charge!
