Great local chain, usually try to stick with gas vehicles for long distance travel and they always have a couple. Tom is always great to work with.
This Hertz site is very frustrating to work with. There appears to only be one person that works here and he seems to work every single shift. While he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, I’m routinely wait 30-45 mins to get a car because he needs to process each rental, clean the cars, get payment, take pictures of the car, etc. If there are 3-4 people ahead of you, then it’s typical to wait over an hour.
