Tom Kelly addressed our issue promptly and professionally.
I have been renting/returning at this Hertz location for several time and while they are great to work with, the service is just too slow. I'm not sure who's doing what but it seems there is only one employee (owner) to do everything. It took me for 10 mins to return and 30 mins for pick up without anyone in the line. Just need 1 more decent worker and this is easily 5* location for me.
Excellent service. They were very accommodating to our needs. Will use them again.
