Horrible rude, and a massive ripoff. They gave me a car so filthy I had to get it detailed. I returned it spotless and they threatened to charge me $500 for cleaning fees. Good thing I have pictures to back up this ridiculous claim. They still have their Christmas tree up in April that’s how lazy they are and want to threaten me with a fee for returning a vehicle washed and detailed. Will never go back

Unprofessional. It’s a woman working the front desk. She has starter locs, dingy retro Jordan’s, brown beanie. Unprofessional and ego strokes. Kept bringing up how she was from a different county. Ma’am, it’s not our responsibly that you don’t like your job, going on rants is completely unprofessional. She talks about snatching people out of vehicles and making money off of us, yet doesn’t take our money, taste or smell it.
