New to the area, this was our first rental experience and it was very positive. Brittney was extremely helpful, service was fast, vehicle was clean and price point was very reasonable. We will return the next time we need a car.
I had a horrible experience with Hertz due to poor customer service and fraudulent business practices and I would HIGHLY recommend for others to rent from a different location.
This is the absolute worst rental spot. They have no professionalism and they don’t stop talking nonsense about anything at anytime especially the women who do the Lyft rentals. They need to be investigated and restaffed. They try and finesse extra money from you at every angle it’s not all locations either I rent from hertz a good amount
I rented a car through Lyft to avoid putting miles on my personal vehicle, and I was genuinely shocked by how poorly this location operates and how I was treated—not just as a customer, but as a person.
