I was forced to contact Hertz due to Enterprise being completely booked at the time of my need. I’m not sure about Hertz in general, but I highly do not recommended the Midlothian location. Very poor communication and follow up…good luck getting anyone to respond to voicemail (if you are even able to leave one) or emails. Subpar rental car offered with promise of an upgrade when available…which, of course, never happened. I had a great experience with Hertz in Midlothian and wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by Chrystal and Keandra. When I arrived, the location was extremely busy with a large overflow of customers, yet both of them remained professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire process. Went to pick up my car they said they had and they were having computer issues. They told me they would call and email me when it was back up. I didn't hear from them and called them the next day and could not reach anyone. I'm without a rental now.
