HORRIBLE! I have used hertz for years but never again after they started scamming me! I have had multiple rentals with them recently that they keep trying to scam me. One rental they auto-selected insurances I never selected to try and steal over $1,000 from me and the next rental they claim I never changed the return location even though I did and spent over an hour on the phone with then doing so, then they lied and said I did not change the return location. Thieves and absolute scum!
I rent for Lyft cat..please very friendly just overwhelmed with customers
I've had issues with this company from start. Try to give benefit of doubt but still end up with disappointment. Only option to use for Lyft and there is constant miscommunication or no communication. Unprofessional business practices with phone lines. I will say the staff i have encountered did try to help in best manner they could. Hertz as a company in whole doesnt treat their customers as a priority or fixing flaws that customers such as myself seem to constantly encounter.
Never answer the phone no matter how much you call. Don’t trying call and extend your rental
I was told I couldn’t pick my rental up on Friday at 4PM in a voicemail, and that the car selection was bad at the moment. although I appreciate that and understand everyone wants to go home on Friday it say they close at 5PM on google and on the automated phone rep.
