I’ve used this location over a dozen times for car rentals and am always pleased. I use hertz at other airports as well and always have a great experience! In the past wait times were not always great at Midlothian but ever since 2024 they have been speedy and attentive. Ryan was really great to work with. He even gave me a courtesy call about the car types they had available. Great experience.
I rented a car from North Chesterfield/Midlothian for 15 hours for $167 with a total of 170 miles driven. On monday they charged me $430 and said I drove it 494 miles for 3 days. I have GPS records, LYFT driver records, bank statements and testimonies to prove that they are lying. I had a deeply disappointing experience with this rental car company and truthfully they are not deserving of this stars. I had reserved and prepaid for a rental car two days before my scheduled pickup. Just before my reservation time, I received a call informing me that my reservation had been cancelled because they had no cars available. They were unable to assist in finding another Hertz location with availability or transfer my reservation. All they could offer was a refund, which won’t be immediate due to processing times. Huge inconvenience and lack of customer service! The absolute worst- do not waste your money here!
