Prepaid our car rental titled “Manager’s Choice” because it was cheaper. I wasn’t expecting a full sized truck! I think that’s out of most women’s comfort zones. I told the girl at the counter I’d never driven a truck before and we had an hour’s drive (at 11pm) ahead of us. She said she could put us in a car for $15/day extra. This was BS. This location was not helpful. The staff, both Brad and another woman were snide and rude on the phone with off handed comments and sarcastic statements. I had been in an accident the day before and have no vehicle their responses were not helpful or caring. The first rep a woman told me that my claim was through insurance and they just get to them when they can which actually wasn’t true at all. It was a fleet reservation. Should've read the reviews before going to this location! Reserved a 30 day rental in June, received a receipt saying I returned the car after 23 days. I called, confirmed the rental car number and opened the rental up again. However, when I returned the car on the originally scheduled date, they charged a daily fee for the last 7 days! And the building was locked at 9:00 AM when I was trying to return the car! Today, I went to pick up another 30 day rental.
