Worst location ever. 40 minute wait on them to clean the cars and we had reservations. Do not rent from this hertz!!!!!
Super quick, presented license and was handed keys and jacket, great vehicle, double cab 3/4 ton Ram 4x4 with tonneau cover, really great price!!!!!!
Had a reservation at the Youree location, paid in full for them not have any vehicles. A hertz csr called and confirmed this airport location had a vehicle for me before I drove there. Made me a new reservation and when I arrived was told by the employee with an attitude that I didn't have a reservation and he had no cars Horrible customer service
Horrible service, booked well in advance. Arrived to find out there was a waiting list, it was 19 people deep. 3 hours later I was given a small sedan instead of the SUV I reserved and paid for. Customer Service said they do this daily at the location and I'm lucky it was only 3 hours. What a joke! Avoid if you can.
Worst rental experience I have ever had. Hertz corporate should consider sending down an inspector to review and even revoke the franchise rights. Please book with Avis and National/Enterprise. Avoid this Hertz at all costs.
