Do not use hertz at Shreveport airport you will have to wait 2 hours or more for a car. They give cars to good members first, regardless if it’s pre book and paid for
We had a Jeep Compass. Very roomy for 4 people. Plenty of cargo space for us.
Standing here WAITING OVER AN HOUR FOR MY RESERVATION. Terrible planning... How is it that you make a reservation and the location seems to have zero capacity of foresight?? HERTZ regional and corporate. Get a hold of this situation. This is terrible customer service. I will not be using Hertz again.
I don’t know if all the Hertz are bad, but I would recommend that you never rent one from the Shreveport airport. I rented almost 2 months in advance and got there and was told there was no cars available they were all being cleaned! I asked for a timeframe and was told there was no way they could provide this information! There were 4 other people ahead of me waiting on a vehicle!! Hertz has lost its way. They no longer actually have cars for you when you have a reservation, even when you prepay. Has now happened a few times to me. They will lose all their business customers.
