Renter beware-Hertz will book you for a car even when they won't have one available when you arrive. The Hertz at the airport did not have a car for my reservation!!! The counter agent had my reservation, but no car. The Hertz counter agent was nice and it was not his fault. The fault is with Hertz. Hertz booked me a non-existent car, and sent me multiple reminders that my reservation was confirmed. Turns out the ghost-car-booking happened to several other Hertz would-be customers. So thankful Avis came through for my family... read more

Hertz car rental never disappoints the location at Shreveport Regional airport.
If Zero stars were an option, that is what they deserve. How can they give you a reservation confirmation, only to find out on arrival your car has been given away due to some event in town. This was too costly to my company to not be able to get to the job I had flown in for. Hertz should be ashamed of their customer service at this location and many other locations were you wait for ever in lines.
