Please confirm the vehicle you’ve been “reserved” locally. I had a full size 7 passenger AWD/4WD vehicle confirmed and when I arrived, all that was available was a 5 passenger 2WD vehicle. This was right after winter storm Fern and roads were treacherous. Please don’t get in a bind Hertz put us in
I travel for work alot, and rent Hertz everywhere I go. Do not rent from this one. In the last year I have rented from here probably 6 times and I have never had a good experience. I have no idea why the expect you to make a reservation because I have never went up to the desk and had one waiting on me. I have waited up to 3 hours for a car, im up to 2hrs waiting in a line of 14 people as I type this. Hertz In general sucks. Always out of cars or cleaning cars. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.
If I could give them 0 stars that would be the rating. My reservation was with Thrifty. Arrived at counter and sign redirected me to Hertz fir my reservation. Car reservation made pick up 1245pm. After waiting over an hour I was simply told to be patient by Hertz. We rented a car from Hertz at almost 10 o'clock at night, after being stranded at the ATL, due to ice and snow, with no connecting flights available for DAYS! And even after turning the car in at our destination a half a day late, they didn't even charge us ANYTHING EXTRA! After being on the road for 3 days for a trip that should've taken 1, that was a welcomed treat! Thank you Hertz!
