I made a reservation for a rental car to be delivered to a small airport. When I got to the airport, it was not there. I waited thirty minutes. Finally, they called me and said something was wrong with my account.And that's why my car had not been delivered.And I needed to contact hertz corporate. When I contacted hertz corporate after waiting fifteen minutes on hold, They said nothing was wrong with my account. They then told me to contact the local place again.
Not as good as using enterprise.
Hertz is not located here they have closed.
These people are angels 😇 they are awesome .All of the workers set a standard of Quality Customer Service Best Rental Experience EVER. My only go to from now on
