no one at return location I was 900 miles from home trying to return car at 10am on 3-3-25 kind lady at Fob gave me # to Hertz downtown location and took the keys for me again I was 900 miles from home and driving another car back home did not need the added stress Hertz has lost a customer

I had rented a car online and paid for it in full. When I went to pick it up, I was told that there was a $500 deposit also needed on top of the fee that was already paid for. No where in any of the information I got was that said. It was after 5 that day. My card was declined because I was over my limit, and they don't take cash or cards over the phone.
