DO NOT RENT from here. After I returned the car, turned it over to a Hertz employee, they inspected and accepted it, either the employee crashed it or another customer ran into it. They are attempting to defraud me and my insurance company by attempting to bill me and my insurance company for massive damage that happened after the car was officially returned.
Reserved car in August for a trip in October. Confirmed reservation week before. Arrived evening of Oct 15th, Waited in line with 12 others. No cars! Wanted to charge me $75 extra a day for a EV car. We were told regional manager in process of getting fired as an excuse. I rent several times a month from Hertz worst customer service experience in OKC! In OKC rent from some where else your reservation is worthless here!
