there is not a hertz rental here. misleading.
Do NOT Use any Sheltair Services! Worst customer service and professionalism! Booked a rental car through hertz online like usual (pick up Ocala- drop off Orlando). Got confirmation email and code with where to pick up the car. Went to pick up the car at reserved time, and the employees were clueless, saying “we don’t rent out cars to just anyone, you have to be flying in to the airport.” (At this point I see a receipt and a set of car keys on the desk next to them) they asked my name and what do you know…it’s for the keys o... read more
This place was absolutely stunning! The restaurant the pool everything about this place was perfect! The little house we stayed n was perfect for our family. Definitely will be staying again!
This location does not exist...so we went out of our way. Thanks Hertz
