Staff was super friendly and very good price and helped out in desperate need would recommend them they treat you like family amazing people would definitely rent again

This location needs to do better! My insurance company sent me here to pick up a rental, since my vehicle was vandalized! I came a little earlier than my appointment time, and was greeted by guy at the front counter. After I gave him my license, he said he didn't need my reservation number, and I waited for him to get the rental agreement. Geico informed me to let Hertz know I would need an SUV, since my vehicle is a full size truck. I let the guy know, twice, and he didn't even acknowledge anything I said!
