You book online and get there only to be told that they have no vehicles available. And on top of that the guy that’s at the counter has a really bad attitude horrible location

Made a reservation and got confirmation of the rental being available. When I showed up I was told that they had no cars and that they had called me and texted me about it, while I had received nothing. Later I inquired further about the reservation and the representative said that they actually didn't have my phone number on file. So how did they call me and text me if they didn't have my phone number.. seems like lazy excuses were generated

I didn’t got the car needed , I ended up in another small car for the day , I was charged $952 hold and I used only for one afternoon returning next morning, and got charged 2 days and can’t talk to a person, they make it super difficult once you return the car .

I rented for a vehicle to bring me back to killeen, tx. I had reservations and when I go get the vehicle, they said it was for only a return to same place in el paso. They had no one way vehicle's at all. So why even say you have vehicle's for one ways and can't even deliver one for you.
