Horrible customer service, very high mileage and dirty cars in my experience. Not your usual Hertz. Grumpy lady at the front desk. This place is a wreck...like its cars. UPDATE: New people, and the place has changed. Status recognition, clean low mileage cars, and fast.

After many negative experiences, and high staff turnover, I started using Avis nearby a couple of years back. I thought I would check in on whether this location had improved. Several rentals in and the new employees are great. S... is friendly and professional. As a PC, I feel like they are making the effort to get me clean and low mileage cars that I prefer. Thanks to the team here.

Just don't do it, find another place to rent from. I reserved a car for a noon pickup because I needed to be somewhere that same evening for an event. Barely one hour before I was supposed to pick up the car, one of their reps called me to say they had no cars available and they "think" they'll have a car for me by 2 or 2:30pm.
