The HERTS agent at Stamford, Connecticut was extremely unhelpful. I needed a larger vehicle. He simply said not possible, without investigating. I was happy to collect from another location. I had to press him to offer me collecti one from elsewhere. He said the closest was 'the airport', as I'm from the UK and don't know the area, I thought he meant either JFT or Newark - both 1hr to 1.5 hrs away.
