My nephew's graduation is on May 28, 2025. On May 23, 2025, I reserved a rental car from 6605 NW Expy, OKC, OK. The rental was scheduled to be picked up on May 27, 2025, at 4:30 pm. I arrived at 4:30 pm to pick up the car. The agent advised me that since I was using a debit card to pay for the rental and a credit card to rent the car, I was unable to upgrade my car, even though I was advised that I could when my reservation was booked.
