Booked a car here just to find out you can only get a car if you had a flight? But nothing stating that prior to booking and paying. The lady at the front desk was nice but ridiculous. Then was sent to a hertz location in Brookfield just to find out no cars were available. Thanks hertz!
i cancelled and they charged me. no resolve even after sending cancellation notice they sent me horrible
Do not rent from Hertz in Northern Wisconsin. Had to drive nearly three hours out of my way to return vehicle. And at that airport, there wasn’t even a Hertz agent. Just handed the other agency my Hertz keys.
