Customer service is terrible. I’ve been renting from this location for the past 5 years i witnessed Hertz associates come and go. There’s a young lady in the office I try to avoid because she has a very nasty attitude and makes me feel like she’s upset with me. I asked for her name but the supervisor Deidra would not tell me her name to protect her from me reporting my bad customer service experience
I had a great experience with them.Very good.Customer service, especially when working through some different challenges that just kind of happened in the business.I'm sure great job to the staff
