Horrible. Car had multiple issues, should not have been rented. Promised a refund, bill was higher as the agent neglected to check the car in. Hertz thought I still had it 6 days later

The ladies at Hertz were phenomenal! So kind and really took care of us. My personal car was hit and they were concerned about my needs to get around and to work. Very pleasant experience.
Random charge of $123 without my knowledge & my rental was through insurance because of an accident
Showed up today to collect an SUV needed to take my son to college. We had booked it two weeks ago, only to arrive and find the facility closed. Was suppose to open at 9am and we were there at 9:30am. Other customers were waiting as well. Called Hertz to complain and they had no advice. Sorry…not sorry. Canceled our rental and went to Enterprise. So save yourself time and energy and go to Enterprise instead.
