has to be one of the worst rental places in the area dirty cars doesn’t matter if you make a reservation with time they never have what you reserve car check engine light came on didn’t have anything to swap out of , card was charge multiple times with wrong charges like return dates and bogus charges, car was returned on the 2nd of july and was charged for another 8 days very disorganized understaffed and lack of inventory

1.) I reported to the employee at the counter that didn't need the refuel option because I was able to self refuel. I actually put in MORE than when I received it. He thanked me but I was charged anyway. I called the local office to refund the charge and was given the Hertz Gold member number. On hold for 60 minutes, no one EVER picked up.
