I dislike putting any specific words that are negative here. Customer service at the airport for Hertz car rental and cleanliness was uncalled for and service was poor. First and last time.
I went to pick up my rent car I just came early before my time I said if I can pick up the car . The front office vey tighter and kind of rude they don’t have any customers service skills. This will be a last time I’m gonna rent a car for them. Thanks
