I will never rent from Hertz again or recommend it
Gave a car with a broken windshield and were difficult when switching for the 3rd time I don’t recommend go to Avis instead

Read the reviews. Car not available. Still waiting 1 hour past reservation. Avoid. Seems to be everyday standard for this shop.
I rented a car from them to drive from Regina and I left one of my iPhones in the car before flying out to Vancouver. Once I realized I called and the manager Manpreet helped me to locate my phone and send it back to my home in Richmond BC. Thank you so much for your wonderful assistance - even after the rental has been returned. Very great and reliable customer service
