Avoid this Hertz location at all costs. They will clear your rental upon return and then fraudulently charge your card hundreds of dollars after you walk away. I picked up a vehicle that was dirty to begin with. When I returned the car, the drop-off agent completed the return process, inspected the vehicle, and closed out the agreement with zero issues reported. Staff were wonderful and professional. They got me on the road quickly and efficiently, and returning the vehicle to the the depot was literally effortless. 5 glowing stars.
Very disappointing experience with Hertz. I rented a car and returned it, but around 30 days later Hertz suddenly deducted an additional $290.50 from my account without properly explaining the charge. I have been trying to contact customer service for the past day, but I have been unable to get any proper assistance. Gave a car with a broken windshield and were difficult when switching for the 3rd time I don’t recommend go to Avis instead
