Rental car was delivered at repair shop when I dropped my car off.Driver took me back to Hertz office to complete paperwork. I was able to leave the rental car at the repair shop when my car was ready for pick up. I notified Hertz that I was leaving rental car at repair shop and was ready to be returned. Very easy process.

Worst customer service ever. Reservation was to be picked-up, which they were an hour late to. The manager told me he likes to give veterans a little special treatment. They gave me, as a president circle member, a sponge on wheels. Turned out the car held water like a sponge as from the first rainfall it began raining inside the car as well. Tried to call 45 minutes after they opened, only to get the voicemail saying it was outside business hours. Went back to replace the car and was given a car with less acceleration and t... read more

From the moment I delt with the sales clerk to the moment I returned my vehicle. Everything has met to my satisfaction. Paula, Erik, and Oscar were all kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in, they explained all the toll and rules on the vehicle . I definitely will be referring friends/family to Hertz.
