The lady at the desk on the left was VERY RUDE. Not approachable and should not be in customer service. Very concerning. I laughed out loud at her blatant disrespect towards my husband and I. The man on the right was nice. But the card reader doesn’t take chip, only swipe? I tried to use four different credit cards and all declined because of the swipe. This needs to be addressed. This is the third vehicle I have rented from the 3300 S. Meridian, Okc location and each time, it has been a breeze. Paula and her staff have been informative and helpful every time I come here and that really means a lot. If you need a rental, this is the place to come...
Paula is awesome we need more people people like her. Any time she's not there it's rude customer service with the guys. Paula is definitely one of a kind and well appreciated. My family owns a lot of business and we could use many of her work ethics
They said i hit something with the car but when I dropped it off they said it was good to go after inspection. What a rip off. Then they hit on my credit report for over $500 for what they said was a clip. Last time I go to Hertz.
