Having a prior unresolved and poor experience several years prior at this branch, I decided to give this branch another try and I’m glad I did. Sasha provided me stellar customer service and answered all of my sometimes tedious questions. The rental process was seamless as it always should be and I will consider this branch for future rentals when the price is lucrative. Thank you!

I've rented different vehicles from them over the years and it's always been a great experience. Staff is always friendly and they always have new cars.

I rented a car through hertz/thrifty at Tampa International airport on my way to Sarasota. My drivers license fell into the console of my Ford Expedition after it was handed back to me as I was checking out of the rental garage disappearing into the dashboard. The two reps at the Sarasota location were able to help and saved the day. Unfortunately I did not write their names down, but the date was June 8th at 4pm. I can not thank them enough for their assistance and how great they were.
