After a very poor experience with Dollar rental company at TPA, we came to Hertz and Andrew completely turned things around for us. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make things right. We left feeling relieved and well taken care of. Highly recommend Hertz on Tamiami.
That's not my friendly local staff that always presents clean cars for rentals
After trying for hours online to solidify a logical price I called an agent from the 1800 number. She somehow quoted me, hundreds of dollars less. Then we reserve at a local physical destination where aI was sat in a corner because this attendant could not get my card to work due to minor damage on the CORNER. Not a barcode. Service was comparable to Fox rental in Orlando. 1/2 hour line wait inside. Told to pick up car at spot 172. Upon arrival, no car, but about 12 people waiting for cars. Yes, spot 172 is a holding pen. Wish I had rented from sixt. No wait there. Counter guy was friendly, but the deception about the second wait was not cool. Choose Hertz because I thought it was premium service. Not today.
No car available Left stranded with one hour notice.
