I went to Hertz today and had an awesome experience. Andrew and Mark helped get me squared away. They went above and beyond for me during a stressful time.
Having a prior unresolved and poor experience several years prior at this branch, I decided to give this branch another try and I’m glad I did. Sasha provided me stellar customer service and answered all of my sometimes tedious questions. The rental process was seamless as it always should be and I will consider this branch for future rentals when the price is lucrative. Thank you!
