Chris, Mark and phil and all the guys at South tamiami hertz rental are the coolest guys I've met in awhile. I was going through a transition of owning a car And rented one from Hertz and I will never go anywhere else great guys. Excellent customer service. All deserve to be running there own store one day.
Reserved car online. Refused LDW insurance, rep at store added it after he asked if I wanted it and I said no. What a nightmare to have it removed - still a work in progress
Went to this location because something was wrong with my rental at MCO Airport. Was very lucky to have Andrew Matias there, he patiently solved all the issues and helped me to get the perfect car for our needs (at the airport they said a Ram 250 was a small truck... it's huge!). There aren't enough words to express how grateful and pleased my family got with the excellent care of Hertz through Andrew.
These guys was very caring! Thanks for the service!
