Reserved and PREPAID for a pickup truck a week in advance, arrived at the airport, and when I called for directions, was told that they had no vehicles available. While discussing options, the rep happily reported that a minivan just rolled up that he could give me. While waiting for an Uber to get me there (they have no shuttle service), the guy calls me back saying that someone else took the minivan and they had no vehicles whatsoever, none. I experienced the worst customer service from this location. I rented from Hertz in Fort Lauderdale with drop off to this location. I was called at 4:50pm by a rep to tell me that they were closing in 5 minutes (which is before 5pm) and if I wasn't there, they open at 8. I told him that I was on my way and would be there before they close at 5 and he said "I live an hour away and I have to pick up my kids from daycare. Terrible service with non caring workers that booked a reservation and had no car for us and tried to upsell for another 300.00 Didn't care less about me or my 92 yo mom

Staff was extremely friendly and worked briskly to get me on my way. I would definitely recommend!
