0 stars. If I could. They never provided the car I paid for. And I am not able to get my refund. I paid in advance. I was still on the airplane when they stated they called me and said there were no cars available. They never left a voice mail. I paid a uber to get there to just waste more money on my vacation. Please do not give your money and business to this WORST car rental company ever. I will now need to file a complaint with my bank for resolution.
Reserved a rental 2 days ago. 20 minutes before I go to pick the car up I receive a message that they have no cars. Why did you reserve it then? Reserve another car at a different location, call this time after reservation accepted and NO CARS AGAIN! These places need to be regulated for their practices. Tried renting a car. The person working ran me off with a bad attitude. He said I was interrupting his lunch and I could go to Avis or budget. I never met anyone that hated his job that much
First time using them I was renting a Tesla. Nice vehicle but not a fan. The second time though, it was better. A Nissan Altima was stylish and very great to handle while driving.
The guy working today seemed to be on drugs. I showed him my reservation and email. He claimed he gave my reservation away. He got nasty charged my credit card and didn't give my money back and he didn't give me a rental. Complete fraud This location should be investigated
