We had a very disappointing experience with the branch manager, Sabrina, at the Hertz location at 6190 34th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33714. My account had previously been suspended, and I was attempting to confirm that the suspension had been lifted. Instead of providing clear information, Sabrina avoided directly answering my questions and repeatedly gave inconsistent responses. Pompous, rude, unprofessional... and that was the Manager (younger guy- works out). Amazing how it only takes one person to completely ruin every good thought about Hertz - which up until my dealing with this manager, was my go to company for work and leisure rentals. I'm used to airport experiences - wow, what a difference with a local office, managed by one of the rudest and unprofessional excuses for a team leader or customer service oriented business. Maybe he had a bad day. But he treated me like garbage.

Logan is the best!!! HEAVEN SENT!! Sabrina and Rob was amazing! I love the staff, very accommodating, very supportive, and loves the customers. I’ve been renting a long time and I’m grateful for the staff.
