We made a reservation more than 3 weeks ago. Showed up at 8am to pick up the car and we’re told it wasn’t there and that a driver would have to go get it. We waited 95 minutes for them to get the car then clean it. I felt like Seinfeld “ I don’t think you understand what a reservation means”
The young girl with glasses should spend less time flirting with customers and more time helping them get out the door. Professionalism is definitely lacking.
We don’t know why there are so many bad reviews! We have used this location so many times and it is always a perfect experience. Clean cars, fast pickup and drop off and incredible customer service. Rob is amazing and we always look forward to seeing him!
