Sean was very helpful. However, I need to keep the car for an extra day after a 16 days rental which happened to be on Saturday: no Hertz locations are open on Sundays therefore I have no choice but to return the car to the Tampa Airport.Okay if the rate is reasonable I thought.Instead, afrer several calls , I received a quote over $ 300 for an extra day !!This is unacceptable Also , employees are a bit unwelcoming.

This location has caring and attentive staff. Our reasons for needing a rental weren’t fun, but the people there made it a great experience. Thanks guys! :-)

従業員のやる気はちょっと足りないが、でもいい従業員が多いかもしれない。 デポジットで料金を多めに取られるので(私の場合だと200ドル多めに請求されましたが、後からきちんと帰ってきます。何もなければ‥)、びっくりしないようにしたいです。不安ならきちんと聞きましょう。(トータルはいくら？っていう質問で良いと思います。) アメリカントラック1日借りて、116ドル　➕デポジット200ドルでした。 めちゃくちゃかっこいいでかいトラックを貸してもらえたので、悪くない体験だったと私は思います。

Frustrating that Hertz lets you book a vehicle online, but when showing up it’s not there. The replacement offered was more than double the rate I reserved. Ended up being cheaper to Uber, except that the whole process wasted an hour of my time. Very disappointing experience, I don’t recommend dealing with local branches. Turo would have been a better option.
