Much thanks to Josh and Mavel, they were super friendly and professional. My car was in the shop for a day so I need to rent a car for a day and get my car back from shop the next day. As a president circle member, they were able to give me the key of the car within 5 minutes, and it was a free upgrade from economy to a bronco sport(not my favorite TBH but way better than Spark that I booked). HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Long story short...had a reservation for pick-up at 9AM, arrived by 9:15. Was told there were no cars, said they were on their way but wasn't sure when they were coming in. Non-apologetic, no empathy, no sense or urgency for resolution and very passive aggressive. Office was dirty (waiting area table had a newspaper from July 7th on it still, current date was Sept 23rd) and it reeked of weed. "Manager" on a power trip cancelled my reservation.
