Muss die Bewertung verändern, da mir hertz zugesichert hat, dass wir 20 Minuten später kommen können, da unsere Fähre sehr knapp ankommt, nun hab ich bemerkt dass mir 99 Dollar abgebucht wurden- wurde mir nicht gesagt und das macht mich sehr wütend. Fühl mich hintergangen.
These guys are untrustworthy. They charged me add ons that were not discussed with me before hand. One clerk told me that I could drop it off before 3pm and I would not be extra charged a late fee. I dropped it off at 2pm and they charged me the late fee times two. I don’t know how that was possible when I brought it in before the date and time I was told too. Don’t rent from these guys they will find every way they can to extra charge you.
I tried to extend my rental but customer service was just awful, not to mention the amount of time waiting for an agent. Avoid this rental company if possible.
