Do not rent from here. They don't honor your reservations. They cancelled my reservation via a voice mail the afternoon before my pick up (not via email or in writing as confirmations and reservations are done). I was traveling that day from abroad without access to my mobile. So I was left without a car the day I arrived.
Great car for travel through Canadian Rockies supported by customer service at pick up and drop off.
The team members at 413 Seymour were excellent and a pleasure to work with. Wish all customer service was as great as they were.
DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE HERE - A car rental was secured at this location, then the rude attendant informed my boss that "there is no car for you" when he arrived. THEN they charged him for the rental!!!! Repeated emails to Joe Franz who is supposed to be the manager resulted in NO RESPONSE. Further emails to Hertz have been sent, with NO RESPONSE. I book several vehicles for our company, and will never use Hertz again based on this experience. Their loss because we rent a lot of vehicles.
