Worse service I never had on the Hertz location on 413 Seymour street Vancouver. They debited 2600 on my credit card without my consentement and without sending me the estimation of the body shop company and having the final report after i brought the car with damage. A chance I live in Vancouver and I was able to go back there. How many times they do that to the tourists who are visiting Vancouver. I even call Hetz and nobody were able to give me the reports for claiming to my insurance company. I just want to mention that ... read more
Really great experience. We were in and out in less then 10 minutes. Very helpful on the counter and left on our road trip with a great car. We travel a lot and this location is up there with our best rental car experiences.
Useless. Booked several months ago. Message on the door to say they’re closed and to go to the Grenville St. branch. They had no knowledge of the plan. No car available so missed Ferry booking to Vancouver Island. We won’t be using Herz again!!
