Reasonable and helpful and no hidden charges.
I had a reservation at the Granville location, which apparently experienced flooding recently, so they switched all services to this location. I received no contact about this change, and had to find out from a note on the door when I arrived. This location did not answer at the phone number provided and does not appear to have adjusted staff to compensate. There are 18 people in line in front of me. I would not suggest this location if you're hoping to have your car by a particular time.
Great service at the Seymour location. Lots of vehicles except you never get what you booked haha. Convenient location too!
