They are incompetent. I reserved a car weeks ago. I specifically called and asked what is needed if you have a debit card. The lady said a 500 dollar deposit. I asked if they run credit she said no. I don’t have credit. I don’t use it. Now I’m stuck because they can’t rent to me since I don’t have a credit card. I specifically asked weeks ago about this and the lady lied. Absolutely horrible customer service
