Attendants were very positive and a pleasure to work with.
Friendly people, friendly service, and didn't leave me stranded with no option to get home in the heat when I was almost crippled like that box-blonde from Enterprise did. I think corporate set things up in a way that is a little bit of a headache for the employees to deal with on the technical end of things (like how their technology operates), but that it's not something people at the ground level can necessarily change. Renter multiple times with Hertz with no issues until the last. Car had a mechanical failure. Hertz own’s towing company came to tow the truck. They didn’t give me a replacement car for the rest of the rental which was about 3 days because the towing company had not returned the vehicle back to the location that it should be. I wonder how any of that is my fault. Worst still, they kept charging my credit card every day after the rental ended for about a week. Extremely Disappointing Hertz Experience Hertz completely wasted my time today. I made a reservation online and the confirmation clearly stated that my vehicle was ready when I arrived. I showed up expecting to pick up my rental, only to be told they had no cars available. What made it even worse was that they said they could give me an upgrade, but I would have to pay $50 MORE PER DAY for it. Seriously?
