Extremely Disappointing Hertz Experience Hertz completely wasted my time today. I made a reservation online and the confirmation clearly stated that my vehicle was ready when I arrived. I showed up expecting to pick up my rental, only to be told they had no cars available. What made it even worse was that they said they could give me an upgrade, but I would have to pay $50 MORE PER DAY for it. Seriously? Even if you're given this by a dealership, just pass on it. They will try to charge you for preexisting damages to a rental and when you provide proof they will just keep pushing for it.
At your College Station, Texas 77840 the Black female was very professional, polite, and most of all nice; I'm a Black guy, ha, ha, ha. I loved everything about the rental and outstanding, awesome Customer Service. I would recommend this particular Hertz Rental to anybody. Retired USAF Veteran, Anthony Mickens and please let her know how satisfied this customer was as I am sure many others are also :) Please give her a deserved promotion and pay raise, Thanks
Zero stars. First and last time renting from Hertz
Just leaving the Hertz location here. Unfortunately after filling up the tank a Mile down the road they claimed it was not 100% full. They charged me exorbitant prices and wasted time by not listening to me when I had the receipt. They practice deceptive pricing. Do not recommend. Extending my reservation a day cost an extra hundred dollars. Ludacris.
