Nathan in the Hertz location at 2571 S 171st Ct, Omaha is awesome! Rapid check-in, rapid return, and very polite. We rented an intermediate SUV for a week, and it was the most comfortable vehicle for long travel I've ever rented. All safe driving features were operational, and really made the trip more relaxing! I highly recommend this location for your next rental in West Omaha!
Went to go get a rental car and gave them my chime card they say they dont accept it it does not say anything about not accepting chime cards i will be tsking my business to enterprise because they take chime cards do not recommend going to any hertz place also chime is a bank they have been around for man years
This place is a total rip off. They have no idea what they are doing and quote one price but then turn around and charge you another price. DO NOT rent from these guys. Not worth the hassle
First time to rent at this location. Easy pick and return procedure. Car provided was good too. We will.definitely rent again in this location.
If you rent from hertz, there is a good chance you will die from poorly maintained vehicles.
