Renting a car to attend an out-of-state funeral for your parent is going to be stressful. Hertz managed to make a bad situation exponentially worse. I had prepaid for the vehicle using the limited credit card I keep on hand because it was at hand. At pick up I was told I needed to pay an additional $250. This place this location I should say was absolutely deplorable. I will never. I will go pay for my own rental. I don't need Toyota to do that ever again if they involve this car rental place because you can't get a hold of nobody on the phone. You can't get anybody to answer your email. You can't get anybody to do anything and it's privately owned so corporate won't even deal with it. I had to drive 25 mi out of my way just to go all the way back there because I couldn't get a hold of anybody. Any other way to find out what... read more
Excellent customer service they couldn’t do any better. They made my trip so easy. Fast friendly checkout I show up early they were able to give me the car and even upgrade me to a better car. I think the girl name was Kassidy or Emily thank you so much. The car was clean and very fun to drive.
