Before sharing my experience, it's important to note that this location is NOT a Hertz corporate-owned site (it merely operates under the brand name), and Hertz customer service will NOT provide certain essential supports to help resolve problems that arise. I rented a car from this location and received a vehicle that had pre-existing chips in the front windshield. Nathan in the Hertz location at 2571 S 171st Ct, Omaha is awesome! Rapid check-in, rapid return, and very polite. We rented an intermediate SUV for a week, and it was the most comfortable vehicle for long travel I've ever rented. All safe driving features were operational, and really made the trip more relaxing! I highly recommend this location for your next rental in West Omaha!
