Great place to rent a vehicle. I wanted a van this time and l was able to get it. Other places a lot of times don't have what you are looking for. Customer service was excellent.
I needed a last-minute car rental for an emergency trip, and they managed to arrange a vehicle very quickly. I was surprised by how fast the confirmation happened. The car arrived clean, with enough fuel to start the journey without delay. Everything felt organized even under short notice, which made a stressful situation much easier.
Really frustrating experience due to vehicle type - after renting a small sedan online, I showed up only to be told they don't provide those vehicles and the only alternative without a surcharge was an electric car. It ended up being an awful fit for my needs (one-way rental, driving across the state through a stretch with few chargers). So much added stress and wasted time, plus huge fees to return without a full charge (charging was SLOWWWW) - will never do that again.
