If you can help it, don’t give this place any business. The customer service is terrible. Line’s always out the door. Accommodations almost never happen. Getting answers to simple questions takes forever nobody is on the same page. Very unorganized. There is quite a lack of knowledge on employees ends. We were told to wait until the whole line of customers (that were behind us keep in mind) were all helped and then we would have attention to our question.

Simply the worst customer service ever. No ones knows what they are doing I was sitting there for 45 while he was acting like he was typing on the computer. I tried to return a car a week later and they are trying to charge me for a month because “they can’t figure it out” why tell people we can return when we want. FALSE.

The customer service here is terrible, Amy the manager treated me literally like shit she was rude, didn’t wanna help me, and told me it was my problem for not booking weeks in advance. Frank Garza the manager associate was very rude and told me it was not his problem that I needed a big car they started screaming at me and diminishing me for booking the car one day before making me feel stupid.
