Excellent experience from the day I picked up my rental to the day I returned it. When I arrived my rental agreement and car were previously prepared for my arrival. Dropoff was just as easy and was returned home by a company driver. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and courteous. I am planning to rent from this location again in the near future. Highly recommend,
They charged me online with my debit card. When I arrived to pick up the car. They said THEY DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT. Same one that they charged me online with. They kick me out with out car and let me waking to miami airport with they risk of loosing my flight back home, and of course the charge me the car with the debit online. NO CAR - CHARGED any way. Emani called and informed me "my expensive"( her words) rayban meta Skylar glasses were left in a rental and asked if I had anyone to pick them up. I informed her were not in the city. Somehow the same day said glasses were somehow picked up with no verification of any kind, no name given just a random person off the street who came in "because they left their glasses in a car". If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD. Imani Called me about my $500 glasses being left in the car, I informed I was out of state and would pick them up in a few weeks… I then call them to let them know I’d be picking them up now and I’m informed they were already picked up without my consent. Imani is the only person that knew about the glasses. She had one of her friends go and pick them up WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Everytime I talked to her she gave me a different story about them and how they disappeared.
