Emani called and informed me "my expensive"( her words) rayban meta Skylar glasses were left in a rental and asked if I had anyone to pick them up. I informed her were not in the city. Somehow the same day said glasses were somehow picked up with no verification of any kind, no name given just a random person off the street who came in "because they left their glasses in a car". If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD. Imani Called me about my $500 glasses being left in the car, I informed I was out of state and would pick them up in a few weeks… I then call them to let them know I’d be picking them up now and I’m informed they were already picked up without my consent. Imani is the only person that knew about the glasses. She had one of her friends go and pick them up WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Everytime I talked to her she gave me a different story about them and how they disappeared.

“I had a very disappointing experience with Hertz. When returning the car, I completely forgot about the agreement to return it nearly full, so I left it at half. However, what shocked me was that, in addition to the 50-dollar hold, they charged me another 52 dollars, totaling 102 dollars. This feels like a rip-off. I think it was an unfair and disproportionate charge, as it would have been a much lower fee if they had just kept the deposit. I wouldn’t recommend renting here without double-checking the terms carefully.”
Got a cracked windshield from a truck on the road and I thought in Florida if you got comprehensive it covers it unfortunately it didn't. Hurts is charging me almost $600 to repair a glass and everyone knows that it does not cost $600 to repair a glass they're nothing but sharks they're scavengers . The car that I got needed an oil change after I traveled 5 miles . They don't even check their vehicles to make sure that they're ready for the next renter just all of it all around horrible. $600 for a windshield
