They saved me from not having a car when I was without a car that I had a reservation for at another rental place. They were great and very personable. I highly recommend them!

The people at the fort myers return for hertz is crazy . They really need to hire competent employees. The hertz rental office in fort myers was great . They didn’t have the car I rented online and then up charged me for an upgrade . Not professional but I don’t blame the workers that is online robbery . lol the people inside weee fine. Also the weird response they give to each review is crazy it just brings you to the website . They clearly don’t care about there service

Emanie was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in giving us a rental on the spot, without an existing reservation. Rates are reasonable and the car Emanie recommend was perfect for our needs. We will definitely be returning customers and look forward to working with Emanie in the future.
