Service was ok couple of guys had no smile etc. The car was dirty on the inside the windows filthy. Had a set of chocks in the backseat.hybrid car with an absolute zero charge.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this rental facility- not once, but twice in a row. First time: I booked a car in advance, arrived on time, and they didn't have a single car for me. My plans were ruined, my kids were disappointed, and to make it worse, the staff's attitude was shockingly rude. The woman at the counter didn't even bother to apologize until I was already walking out- and even then, it was a half-hearted, mumbled "sorry" that felt forced. Poor location. No cars available with reservation. No solutions and staff did not seem to care.
