I had an absolutely terrible experience at this rental facility- not once, but twice in a row. First time: I booked a car in advance, arrived on time, and they didn't have a single car for me. My plans were ruined, my kids were disappointed, and to make it worse, the staff's attitude was shockingly rude. The woman at the counter didn't even bother to apologize until I was already walking out- and even then, it was a half-hearted, mumbled "sorry" that felt forced.
