Booked pickup for noon to be safe. Linked my flight info as well. Plane landed at 4, and our entire trip was canceled due to “no show” and they had “nothing available” after that. Why ask for the flight info if you aren’t even going to use it?
Reserved a car, watch the wait time go from a few minutes to multiple hours. The only thing they would offer me a luxury car at an UPCHARGE. Don't use these guys.
