We had rental with avis, but they didnt had the car we wanted and we came to hertz and asked if they had car. They gave the car we are looking for and the lady who helped us was very kind and helpful her name was Manpreet. We had 2 kids with us and she saw we have lot of stuff. She helped us to carry the child seats till the car . Really recommend hertz aa their customer service is really good

Worst car rental experience ever among all places I've traveled around the world so far! We only want a short car rental for a few hours, The first Volvo XC40 has no wireless car play or android auto, and no cable was provided. So we had to exchange it. We got a Mercedes GLA 250, but after driving out of the parking lot, the tire pressure warning showed up. We had to return to the parking lot for pumping, but after a long wait, nobody helped us, and eventually we were told that there was no pump available! I had to talk to t... read more
