Got an upgrade and really enjoyed it in Winnipeg, Manitoba
Do not expect them to respond to phone calls. Do not expect any response on any question you may have.
Excellent service. Fast and efficient. What a great experience !!
Absolutely terrible service and long wait time to get the car! Took at least 20min just to get through the line with only 2 attendants and then another hour to get the car. It's not even a busy time of year can't imagine how bad it gets in peak season. It's not even a discount company you're definitely not getting what you're paying for!
