Totally legit busines, good car. Costs less than in airport, but nice perc that it can be returned to airport Hertz location. Will rent again.
This is not the airport hertz. I booked through southwest and although it said this hertz location was at the airport it was actually over a mile away. I walked with luggage after waiting in the actual airport hertz line for over 45 mins - was late to my rehearsal dinner for a wedding. Also, This hertz at Newport Beach is only open 8-5 M-F and some odd hours on Saturday. No key box to return the keys after hours. There was no way I could make my flight back with those hours. Trust the other reviews!!! I don't know where to begin. I walked into an empty Hertz office that to put it plainly, stunk like bathroom airfreshner. The office is majorly short staffed and poorly managed. They have 1-3 cars on the lot that get brought from the airport. The cars are not washed or vacuumed and in horrible condition. The maintaince lights were on and the disregard is beyond reproach! If you have a choice of going elsewhere, please do, you will thank me later!
Unhappy that Hertz has dropped upgrades for President Circle members.
