Trust the other reviews!!! I don't know where to begin. I walked into an empty Hertz office that to put it plainly, stunk like bathroom airfreshner. The office is majorly short staffed and poorly managed. They have 1-3 cars on the lot that get brought from the airport. The cars are not washed or vacuumed and in horrible condition. The maintaince lights were on and the disregard is beyond reproach! If you have a choice of going elsewhere, please do, you will thank me later!

Our insurance company arranged a rental through Hertz at the Birch Street, Newport Beach location while our vehicle was in the body shop. (RR H41818685) Upon arrival, Crystal provided us the ONLY Tesla Model 3 that had only 19 percent battery charge, was noticeably dirty, and emitted a strong odor from the air-conditioning that obliged us to drive with the windows down.
