BE WARNED! This was my first time using Hertz and it will be my last. They do not check the vehicle when you bring it back which I thought was odd so I took pictures of the car and the dashboard just Incase they tried to charge me for anything that they shouldn’t. Lady at the desk told me don’t worry about filling up the tank before turning it in the gas is only 3.13 a tank . When I turned in the car they charged me 45 $ . I tried to tell them I have time to take the car back to fill it only like $10 bucks the tank was 75 % full. But they charged me $45 as if they filled the tank. I rented 100s of times in other places and never have I been told to return to he car even if it’s not a full tank. I listened to the rep here and followed her directions and got charged . Wish I could give zero. They charge an extra cleaning fee which is not accurate. After reading other reviews I have not been the only 1. A rental car gets dirty. I will be disputing, I want to see pictures showing excessive dirt. Never again
