Rented a 2026 vehicle from 4/22-4/28. During the rental the check engine light came on alerting me the car was low on oil. This location does not keep up with the maintenance in their vehicles, despite their intention to sell. Additionally I met employee Michelle who I informed was renting a car for the first time in FL. She proceed to inform me I had only paid for the vehicle & that I needed to buy insurance to receive the keys to the car I booked. Make sure you don’t let the representative add the Hertz insurance 🤦♀️. I won’t be renting from any Hertz rental company. Disappointed in the $$$ grab.
