Had a confirmed reservation! Car I booked is sitting on the lot and he said “you only booked it yesterday” wouldn’t let me have it. 3 other people in line had the same experience as me. We are all trying to get out of new Jersey because our flights were cancelled.

We went to this location after renting through a 3rd party. We weren’t told that the hours had changed and so when we tried to pick up they were closed. The next morning we showed up very early in hopes of getting a rental. We understood they didn’t have to honor our pricing but they still did. Their kindness and professionalism is what has sold me on using Hertz again for my future travels! Thank you for a great experience!!

I just want to give a shout out to Johnny and Nigel - they have been great. I have been in a loaner for almost 3 months due to my car having an issue and sitting at the dealership. It's been annoying but they have made this process super easy and they are very helpful.

Extremely helpful staff. I've rented twice from this location now and just had an accident. Had a hard time getting through to roadside service at Hertz and called this location directly and explained the situation, and the manager had roadside service calling me within 90 seconds, seamlessly exchanged to a new car right afterward. Highly recommend!
