I had an excellent experience with hertz of Maplewood. The staff is always polite and efficient. I’ve rented several times and I will continue to choose them for my rental needs.
Absolutely AWFUL service ! Wednesday was notified I needed a rental for Friday morning no later than 10 AM. No call , no answer to multiple phone calls to confirm the arrangements for the car. Friday at 10:25 am I got a call advising they could not provide a car unless I drove to Maplewood to provide paperwork and ID. I ended up having to pay for Ubers. Forget Hertz - go with Enterprise rent a car !!!
they only have one person always working inside with about 5 customers waiting forever
