Extremely helpful staff. I've rented twice from this location now and just had an accident. Had a hard time getting through to roadside service at Hertz and called this location directly and explained the situation, and the manager had roadside service calling me within 90 seconds, seamlessly exchanged to a new car right afterward. Highly recommend!

I had a bad experience. I rented a car from Hertz, I paid in full and in advance because I was told my car would take 2-3 weeks, to be repaired, but it was done sooner. I had 16 days left on my rental; Hertz would not give me a partial refund for time left on the rental. I was transferred to five (5) different agents and no one could help me. No one could make a decision as to getting a " partial refund " on my rental. Front desk agents are not cordial. They act as though they are " sucking on lemons" I DON'T recommend Hertz... read more

The manager there is a clown ive rented from hertz on 22 in union week after week tried this place because closer to house unfortunately I had a black eye and the manager judged me from the moment he saw me regardless of my rental history then tried to run a credit check on me to rent me a car meanwhile I have tons of history with the same name , same card I tried to use & have insurance he didn’t even bother to ask for do not trust this place very shady.
