Horrible experience. Nobody was in the office, they didn't even have the vehicle I rented at another office to go and pickup and I was on hold longer than it took to drive to pick up no car because nobody was there and there were no cars. I had to cancel my entire weekend because of this, based on my pickup I was supposed to leave an hour after. Never NEVER NEVER use Hertz to rent a car in Oro Valley. I was going to say Im not sure what everyone's issue with this location is, because I was in an out in 2 min and had great service picking up my car on Feb 11. But there was a billing issue, instead of charging me the quoted rate for liability insurance total for the week of $ 130, I was charged $ 130 per day for liability. Check your bills people !!!! Rented a KIA Sportage in Oro Valley, Arizona. Excellent rates and service at the Hilton El Conquistador Hotel Hertz.
Overall super convenient location and easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a car rental place! Very helpful and kind people, great Jeep, good condition. Highly recommend.
This was literally the worst car rental experience I've ever had. I arrived earlier than anticipated and walked up to a dark rental office. I called the number posted on the little sign and was told that the person who could help me would be there in 15 minutes. Over 30 minutes later, a man walked in without so much as a hello. I walked up to him and introduced myself, apologized for being early, etc. He ignored me for another 10 minutes or so as he fumbled around with the computer.
