I was going to say Im not sure what everyone's issue with this location is, because I was in an out in 2 min and had great service picking up my car on Feb 11. But there was a billing issue, instead of charging me the quoted rate for liability insurance total for the week of $ 130, I was charged $ 130 per day for liability. Check your bills people !!!! Rented a KIA Sportage in Oro Valley, Arizona. Excellent rates and service at the Hilton El Conquistador Hotel Hertz.
Overall super convenient location and easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a car rental place! Very helpful and kind people, great Jeep, good condition. Highly recommend.
This was literally the worst car rental experience I've ever had. I arrived earlier than anticipated and walked up to a dark rental office. I called the number posted on the little sign and was told that the person who could help me would be there in 15 minutes. Over 30 minutes later, a man walked in without so much as a hello. Hertz is the worst rental company to use. Their local phone numbers route to an outdated automated system which will have you speaking to other departments that won't help you, and their supervisors told me they do not ever submit customer feedback or any form of input for corporate to improve things. Each department is specialized to very specific niches that your needs likely does not fit into, this is by design. Corporate designed this and prevents all employees from providing feedback on it.
