Ripped me off been a loyal customer here for years
This Hertz car rental place is the worst experience my family and I have ever been through. We reserved a car online weeks in advance and when it was time to pick up the vehicle, they didn’t have a car available when we showed up in person. So first. they didn’t even let us know that the car wasn’t available prior to us arriving to get it. Second, the agent at the desk said it was our responsibility to cancel the reservation online. Company wasn't able to honor my reservation and was forced to rent from another agency. Save your time and book elsewhere. Terrible customer service and they were not willing to find a solution.
