Worst Customer Service.
I’ve been a gold member since it Started, I reserved my car by the mobile app, I went on purpose the day before concerning the confirmation form of payment because hertz for years did not have “tap pay” system and needed physical card. I arrived the next day to the same agent and advise different credit card on file and needed to cancel and update im the system to avoid “$200 deposit” he spoke with manager and nothing, I called hertz and now it’s a Virtual AI agent!!!
