Great service. Wait times can be long at times due to high demand at this location. Wait is well worth it if you don’t have a reservation so it’s best that you have one so your rental process goes faster and smoother. Ask for Erica.
While I really enjoyed renting a Polstar from this location, I received the car with 20% charge. I needed the car to be ready for the drive to Palm Springs immediately. Instead, I had to locate a charging station and let it charge for 45 minutes before I was able to get on the road. It was a huge inconvenience and time wasted.
