So many things were horrific about this hertz, but let’s start with MIKE. Racist Mike. My first real experience with racism. Calling me loud because I came in with good energy like I always do. The worst experience on a car rental place ,very poor customer service. They had the odesy of charging my credit card for a car that I rented through a website and the day I went to pick up, they didn't have it.
Do not rent thru lyft direct here they charge a high Down payment also they charge a downpayment renewal every new week and if you don't meet the ride requirements they ask they will ask for the car back and send repossession after and make you pay fees go to enterprise better Hertz is only interested in making money they don't care for the customer
You cannot reach their office staff by phone with the number in the google maps, it directs you to a call center and they have no idea if you can get a vehicle or not. 15 mins on call and mostly with AI, What on earth do we have AI for, when it cannot redirect calls to human ? Their AI on call can understand your emotions, but cannot understand whom to forward your call to pretty poor overall experience, Not blaming the staff who are there, but hertz as company and their meaningless phone system
