To the person who "assisted" me at the Syracuse Hertz counter, you know exactly who you are. I’m not here to get you in trouble, but your attitude was completely unprofessional. With the way you behave, you should not be in a customer-facing role. When I approached the counter, I admitted that I made the mistake of not reading my receipt, which was my fault. Do u guy close weekend? Tried calling no answer. I got a rental from NC and was told to drop off at this place. It shows as closed on Google.

To put it in perspective, I am Concierge Key with American Airlines and fly a tremendous amount and rent cars all the time, I was with Hertz (Gold Member) for a long time but this company has been such a disaster for the past 5-6 years that I switched to Sixt since I travel to Europe many many times per year and Sixt is the best of the best in every aspect. At 1st my reservation could not be found in the computer but after calling a supervisor it was found and received a free upgrade for the time delay! Things happen and they made up for it...

Waited 45+ mins after my reservation time because “there weren’t any available cars” how on EARTH do you run out of rental cars at an airport? And not even a particularly busy airport, we are in syracuse for crying out loud. A handful of people walked away with keys but I’m still told nothing is available. Unreal.
