I one-wayed a car from GA to NY. I drove 15 hours to my drop off location and the crew members at Syracuse airport were phenomenal. Thomas was working behind the computer and he said I was supposed to drive back down to GA because the one-way was not selected upon purchase. Jason the manager helped us fix it and also helped resolve an extra disputed charge that was on my bill. Before leaving the establishment, everything was fixed and done correctly. Hertz needs to get up to speed. Get the kiosk I waited in line for 2 hours in rewards line. 10 people ahead of me. Total mismanagement behind the counter. My pre reserved car was paid for or I would have walked to my destination I would give a minus 10 if I could Never ever will I use Hertz

I’ve been a hertz gold member for 8+ years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had renting a car (in any country). Waiting an hour in line only to be told it would be another 30 minutes because they were out of cars. The attendant was unapologetic and ignored my question about upgrading to avoid a wait. Avoid this place like the plague.

Hertz billed my company card but did not email receipt. I go online to get receipt, computer cannot locate my receipt using my drivers license so I call customer service. Phone A.I. cannot understand English letters, I was born and raised in Colorado, I speak perfect American English. I ask for representative, it tells me the will get back to me within 7 business days and says Good-bye. I said Good-Bye to Hertz forever.
