This place is a joke, they say they have a car they don't have it. I order a car to call back to cancel it, the phone rings for minutes on in nobody answers, I ask why, the lady said because they're washing cars, so I call back later they answer the phone put me on hold and she never comes back to pick up my call. I would not recommend this this place to anybody. I would never use them, I would walk first.

Do not rent a car from here on a weekend. Looked online, and rented through Expedia, both of which sites say they are open on Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00. They are not! We waited there from our reservation time around 9:30, and they weren't there, until about 11:00, all while on the phone with Hertz customer service. They tried to convince us that they were open while we were in the parking lot! We had to tell them multiple different times that they were not open and even had to get proof that they were not. Showed up to pick up a reservation and no employees, doors locked during business hours. There is no information saying why it is closed. Its not a holiday. Contacting corporate for explanation. Why agree to run a business if youre not actually going to run it? It is possible maybe they only open the doors if theres a scheduled reservation but I dont have time to sit around to see if someone might show up. Communicating with customers would be helpful. Won't use this place ever again

Easy location to work with, however The location opens at eight, but the staff often shows up at nine. So you’ll probably be waiting in the parking lot if you show up on time it’s happened on four different occasions to me.
