Well I would have to say the manager at this location stretches the truth a lot. After renting a vehicle that did not have the proper equipment to change a flat tire on the car we were promised the moon on the return of the car. After saying he would wave the upgrade and extra insurance fee we would receive a $50 credit via a gift card or certificate.
