Called me morning of rental (get 1star for actually calling) and said the didn’t have a car for me. I asked if they could get one from a nearby Hertz for me. The agent said no, they had zero cars available. I had already told the agent my Jet Blue flight was cancelled so I booked the car, but he apparently didn’t hear that and said I should have booked earlier. We had our new car totaled on our vacation and needed to rent a car. We went to Hertz, having done business with them for years. They understood our situation and took care of our needs in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Hertz to anyone needing a rental car.

This location is NOT near the airport. It is 25 minutes away and when we arrived to pick up the car the office was locked with a sign on the door with a number to call. I really expected better from Hertz.
