Great customer service
The nicest most accommodating rental company I’ve ever encountered!
Best customer service at a rental car company to date. The entire team were great and we appreciated how kind and friendly they were.
I needed to talk to a person. The phone options only directed me to the website. There was no option to hold for a person. So, I pressed “0” several times, whereupon some businesses will say “please hold for assistance” or some such response. Not with Hertz...... the response I got was “Good-bye” and then a disconnect. That’s ok Hertz. I have money and I will never try to give Hertz my business again. :)
They gave us a car with a lagging steering wheel and the anti-collision system was not turned off by default. Very dangerous.
