Worst service I've ever received anywhere!!! You reserve a car, you take an Uber to get there. And then they tell you "OH WE DON'T HAVE CARS. SORRY AND GOODBYE." the guy in the front is very nice and he tried to help and get his manager Bruno to talk to me and the manager told me "I AM. NOT GONNA KEEP THIS CONVERSATION GOING. WE DON'T HAVE A CAR AND YOU NEED TO FIND A DIFFERENT ARRANGEMENT UNLESS YOU WANNA TAKE OUR FULL ELECTRIC". Excellent customer service especially from agent Farhan. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful and professional. Even when I had questions in the middle of my rental, he promptly answered every call and took the time to explain everything clearly. He handled everything on his own and still provided top-notch service. He is a great guy and truly deserves a raise for his outstanding work.
Vehicle’s interior covered in dog hair and uncleaned. Engine Oil warning light, engine oil life at 0%. Overall, worst experience as a President’s Circle member. He
Terrible location. Rented a car today. Terrible “manager”. Made me wait 15 minutes, didn’t apologize. Gave me a stinky dirty car with less than a quarter tank of gas and pretended not to hear me asking about marking the gas. Service is so bad. I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down soon.
