Reserved a rental car for a Standard SUV. Got called the day of the rental and was informed that they no longer had that class and could only offer me a higher class vehicle for $150 more...and it was too late for me to find other options. They weren't even apologetic about it. Hate Hertz.
Very disappointing experience with Hertz at this location. I did not receive the car I originally reserved, and it’s extremely difficult to reach anyone at this location—they never answer calls. To make matters worse, the vehicle I was given was later towed from my residential parking. The towing company confirmed it was due to an expired inspection sticker that had already expired before the car was rented to me. Great experience renting from this location. Ian is fantastic—friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. He makes the entire process smooth and hassle-free, and both pickup and return are always quick and easy. His excellent customer service and attention to detail make this location stand out. Highly recommend!
Arrived to pick up rental. No workers were present during working hours. Was two hours late. Was treated poorly by rental agent. I’m a long time Hertz loyal customer, but this is the last straw.
We flew in from California and rented a car to do a 10 day road trip around the bay. There was a bit of a snafu picking up the rental car, but the folks more than made up for it at this nice little location in Falls Church. A very good experience overall.
