Anna helped us with our 12 day car rental and was amazing! We made several modifications to the rental and she was always very pleasant, very accommodating and made the entire process, from initial rental to drop off of the vehicle , seamless and very easy. It was a pleasure to work with her Also, the price was excellent

From the very beginning of my experience with Hertz, I've been treated very well at this branch. Bruno helped me with the reservation, Jacob and Ana explained the process, and Ian was fantastic with the car pickup and return. Excellent team. I will definitely return to this branch, and the car they gave me was in excellent condition.
Horrible service at this Hertz location. Normally, Hertz is attentive, accommodating, smooth, and quick. However, at this location, there were no directions or indication as to where my rental should be returned. I had to put my hazards on and go inside before they told me the proper directions - which was to park in one of the four Hertz spots that should be available or park in an unmarked spot.
